addd7 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Obligations

1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the addd7 online betting and casino platform, accessible at addd7.io and any related mobile or desktop interfaces operated under the addd7 brand. addd7 is an online gaming platform providing sports betting, live casino games, slot games, and other wagering services to players located in Bangladesh.

2 Eligibility

addd7 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of your age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by addd7's compliance team may result in temporary restriction or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered account on addd7. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. addd7 employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, addd7 will close all but the oldest account and may forfeit balances held across the duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the point of registration, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any of your details change. addd7 accepts no liability for losses arising from incorrect account details, including failed deposits or withdrawals resulting from an incorrect bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay number on file.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your addd7 account credentials, including your username and password. 4.3 Withdrawal Processing

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

addd7 is committed to preventing its platform from being used for money laundering or any other financial crime. addd7 may request evidence of the source of funds deposited by any player. Any player found to be using the platform to facilitate money laundering will have their account permanently closed, all funds frozen, and the matter referred to the relevant authorities. addd7 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing during the period of any active investigation.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only accepted and binding once addd7's system has issued a confirmation reference number to the player. addd7 reserves the right to decline any bet, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

5.2 Errors in Odds

In the event that addd7 publishes odds that are materially incorrect as a result of a technical error, human error, or data feed failure, addd7 reserves the right to void bets placed at those incorrect odds. Where voided bets have already been settled, addd7 may recover any overpayment from the player's account balance or from future winnings.

5.3 Abandoned and Postponed Events

Where a sporting event covered by addd7's sportsbook is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the completion of the minimum required play period (as defined in the supplementary sport-specific rules available on the platform), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Live in-play bets already settled prior to abandonment will stand.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

addd7 applies maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per sport. Current limits are displayed within the relevant betting markets on the platform. addd7 will not be obligated to pay winnings that exceed the applicable maximum payout, regardless of the outcome of the event.

5.5 Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets are subject to delays between the physical event and the platform's data feed. addd7 reserves the right to suspend or void live bets where there is reasonable suspicion that a player has placed a bet with knowledge of an outcome that has already occurred but has not yet been reflected in the live odds due to a data delay.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotions issued by addd7 are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion at the time it is offered. Where any conflict exists between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion details. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

Indicators of bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, systematic low-risk staking designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or coordinated play patterns identified across related accounts.

6.4 Validity Periods

Bonus funds and free bets that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account without prior notice. Expired bonus funds are not recoverable.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the addd7 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform without human input
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets based on inside information relating to the manipulation of sporting outcomes
• Colluding with other players to exploit betting markets or game mechanics
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime

addd7 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors, or that any defects will be corrected within any particular timeframe. addd7 will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability, but accepts no liability for downtime caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including internet service disruptions, power outages, or third-party infrastructure failures.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Closure by the Player

You may request permanent closure of your addd7 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, addd7 will process any pending withdrawals of verified cleared funds and close the account within five business days. Bonus balances that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by addd7

addd7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions

11.3 Balances on Closure

Where an account is closed by addd7 for breach of these Terms, addd7 reserves the right to retain the balance pending investigation.
